Do you have old records or tapes you want transferred to CD?  33 1/3's, 45's, or 78's you'd love to hear again?

Audio Transfer Services

We will transfer your old audio to CD using our studio grade computers and audio components to get the best possible sound from your records and tapes, and transfer it to CD.
  • We use professional quality audio hardware, cables and software.
  • Computers built for business or home applications aren’t designed for the task of recording and editing audio. We have built our own computers for our studio.
  • To get the best possible sound from your old recordings, your audio will be recorded to hard disk, processed to clean up noise as much as possible (final results depend on the condition of the original tape or record) and burned to high quality CD media.
The transfer process includes noise removal of lightly or moderately noisy records. The process we use removes most of the crackle and popping. Not all skips can be retrieved, and records requiring extensive cleanup are billed for the studio time, with your prior consent to our estimated fee. All our CD’s include jewel cases and a label printed on the CD itself. Our CD’s are mastered to recording industry standards and are fully searchable with separate tracks for each song.

Prices for our services.

Payment may be by check enclosed with your recordings, or you may pay by check, or credit card using PayPal.

Fees are as follows:
Records – 45, 78 rpm - $40.00/hr, $15 minimum
Records – 33 1/3 rpm - $25 per record
Compilations - $40 per CD
Cassettes, 74 min or less - $25 per cassette
Cassettes, over 74 min - $40 per cassette

All recordings are transferred to hard disk and noise is removed to the extent possible (badly worn grooves do not sound new again and skips may not be recoverable, but hiss, clicks, and pops are removed). Each track is separated for easy locating, and the audio is then burned to CD and a label with track list is printed on the CD (we do not use paper stick-on labels). Our turnaround time is usually 3-5 business days.
